The word ‘Ballyhoo’ exudes extravagance, fun and passion – and that’s the vision at Ballyhoo Photography & Video. We combine masterful storytelling with a relaxed and assuring team. In fact, we often get Brides texting us on their wedding night telling us what a great time they had with us – now that’s a compliment!
What sets us apart is the lengths we take to know and care for our valued clientele. A lot of people don’t expect this from their wedding photographers, they simply regard photography as another service to employ in the list of things they need to get done. But if you realise that the photography team is with you for the entire day (perhaps even more than your family!), then suddenly personality and chemistry becomes a lot more important. Our team ensures we know the most about you beforehand in order to tell your story your way with the most fun.
We bring to every full day wedding a two person team – a Lead photographer and an Associate. We consult you with before the day to go through small but important details such as runsheets, locations and weather backup plans. We always arrive a little earlier than expected to set up and get to know your party.
For a full day wedding you can expect between 600-900 edited jpgs. We don’t issue RAW files, but neither do we dispose of anything either. What’s important to us is that you receive a finished product you’d be proud to show your family and friends.
Believe me, it’s never a good idea to spend money unwisely. If your goal is to spend the least you can always find an amateur or a friend to shoot your wedding. However by spending a little more you’ll be able to give your wedding day the memories it deserves, without also breaking the bank. Imagine how delighted you’ll feel knowing that at every anniversary you’re looking at or watching a cinematic quality production of your wedding day! That’s what we mean by an investment – the returns keep coming. Investing with us starts at $2,990 for a full day wedding with two photographers. Bookings are secured with a deposit and a signed contract.
