Terms & Conditions
Photoshoot Dates & Location
All sessions will take place on Sunday afternoons at Centennial Park, Sydney, throughout December 2025 to January 2026.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Once your payment has been received, you’ll receive a confirmation email with more details about your photoshoot.
Session Scheduling
You will be asked for your preferred dates. Final time slots will be allocated after the promotional period ends. While we aim to accommodate your preferences as much as possible, specific times cannot be guaranteed due to demand and scheduling logistics.
Punctuality
As multiple sessions are scheduled each day, it is essential to arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled session time. Late arrivals will result in a reduced session duration, as sessions must begin and end on time.
Weather Contingency
In the event of unsuitable weather conditions for outdoor sessions, Ballyhoo will reschedule the photoshoot to another available Sunday. We will notify you of any changes as early as possible.
Refund Policy
Due to the limited availability and heavily discounted nature of these sessions, all bookings are strictly non-refundable.
Rescheduling & Transfers
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, your booking may be transferred to a friend or family member. Ballyhoo must be notified at least 24 hours in advance to accommodate the change. If you are unwell or have an emergency, a one-time reschedule may be offered, provided 24 hours' notice is given. Unfortunately, changes or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice cannot be accommodated.
Gallery Delivery
Your final gallery of edited images will be delivered within 2–3 weeks after the session.
